ANOTHER FUTSAL CAMP & COACHING COURSE IN BERMUDA

For the third time, I will be returning to Bermuda to help my good friend Coach Pete with several futsal projects. As Head of Performance for Bay Area Futsal Club and Head of Futsal Philosophy and Coaching Methodology for Sheffield FC Futsal, I will be visiting the island to help in a futsal camp for kids to identify potential talent to travel next year to a tournament in Florida (USA) and to deliver a Level 1 futsal coaching course.

Again, this is possible thanks to the friendship with Coach Pete Rickards, Founder and President of CP Athletic Development; and the partnership between CP Athletic Development and Bay Area Futsal Club.

EVENTS INFORMATION

•  WORLD FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIP ID CLINIC: Monday 21st October to Friday 25th October since 9am to 3pm at Whitney Institute Gym. Player will work on specific futsal techniques, tactics, fitness, social and psychological aspects of the sport in an enjoyable environment. The camp will be used also to identify and invite potential players to participate in the World Futsal Championships 2020 in Florida (USA).

•  LEVEL 1 COACHING CERTIFICATION: Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October, 6 hours of content with theoretical and training design. The Futsal Coaching Certificate Level 1 will cover futsal positions, the structure of the futsal game (offensive phase, defensive phase, offensive transition and defensive transition), a bit more detailed offensive and defensive phases with formations and systems, basic dualities and a practical part. The course will be an updated certification from the one I presented previously. Please see flyer below for more info.

FUTSAL BOOKS

Finally, I would like also to announce that for the first ever time my futsal online books will be available to be purchased on hard copy. I will take with me some copies of both (Futsal: Technical & Tactical Concepts and Coaching children in & out futsal: a parent/coach  guide) to Bermuda so coaches can get access to them. 

It is something that I have been thinking for a while and that I was asked too, so finally I decided to print some copies. If you would like to put your hands on the books do not hesitate and contact me to reserve your copy. Copies are limited right now, so hurry up if you want one or both of the books with you and drop me an email to order them.

II SHEFFIELD FC FUTSAL COACHING SEMINAR

I am glad to return to Sheffield to present the II Futsal Coaching Seminar in line with the continued partnership between Sheffield Futsal Club and Bay Area Futsal Club. One of my roles and responsibilities as Head of Futsal Philosophy & Coaching Methodology for Sheffield Futsal Club was to work with the staff to build the club culture and apply to all the teams within the club regardless of their gender, level or age. The last seminar was a tremendous success and we are very proud of what we achieved. However, this time we wanted to go one step further and focus on what we believe is the foundation of futsal: the youth, the kids. Therefore, it is my pleasure to personally invite all of you to the II Futsal Coaching Seminar which will focus on youth futsal and will be held on the 22nd of December of 2019. SHEFFIELD FC FUTSAL COACHING SEMINAR

After more than 9-10 months working behind the scenes, very proud and happy to announce my come back to Sheffield FC - The World’s First Football Club as a new Head of Futsal Philosophy & Coaching Methodology. Sheffield FC - The World’s First Football Club was the club that gave me the first opportunity to be a Head Coach back in 2012. I spent 2 season with them, probably the seasons where I enjoyed coaching. Together we achieved things that we never thought we would when I signed for them. All this possible to the new partnership established between Sheffield FC - The World’s First Football Club and Bay Area Futsal Club.

As part of this new partnership, I am also very happy to announce that we have put together a Futsal Coaching Seminar in the City of the Steel on the 6th January 2019. FUTSAL CAMP & COACHING CERTIFICATES IN BERMUDA

Once again, a year later, I am very happy to return to Bermuda to help with several futsal projects. As Head of Performance for the Bay Area Futsal Club, I will be visiting the island to help in a futsal camp for kids and to deliver a couple of futsal coaching courses.

• Futsal Coaching Certificate Level 2 will cover: More than 20% of the goals scored in futsal are in transitions. Therefore, a team who master the offensive and defensive transitions will have a great advantage, this is the reason because our Level 2 will cover the offensive and defensive phases of the game.

FUTSAL COACHING COURSE & KIDS CAMPS IN LETCHWORTH (UK)

It is my pleasure to inform that again I will be collaborating with The Khalsa Football Academy. After the success that we had in September 2016, my good friend Bal Singh and myself decided to try to continue finding ways to develop futsal in England.

This time it will be with a Futsal Coaching Course that it will be delivered on Sunday 9th April. We will cover the main tactical aspects of futsal. 

Also, Monday (10th), Tuesday (11th) and Wednesday (12th) we will deliver a futsal camp for kids aged 11-15 years old. Both activities will be in Letchworth.  

During the activities and the different sessions kids and coaches will be helped by FA Futsal National League players and England Futsal players.

FUTSAL WORKSHOP & COACHING CERTIFICATE IN BERMUDA

I am very glad to announce that I have been invited to deliver a futsal workshop with kids and a futsal coaching certificate in Bermuda. As Futsal Coaching Director at the World United Futsal Academy, I will travel to the islands at the end to October to participate in the events organised by our friend Peter Rickards. 

World United Futsal Academy is commited to be the leading futsal organisation in the country, and again it has showed its commitment to the cause participating in these events. The Futsal Coaching Certificate Level 1 will be the third educative event after the one held in Palo Alto in August and the second one in Sacramento (September).

GRIMSBY FUTSAL SATURDAY COACHING EXPERIENCE

On Saturday 10th September I will be delivering a coaching experience for my friends in Grimsby.
